Connecting to a company already created

  1. If you have already created a company within Sage 50 and it is either not on the list or a colleague has created and it is not on the list then you need to use the “Connect” option from the “Add a Company” screen.




2. Click on the browse button to find the data path. If the previous guide has been followed, then these should always be located in the S: drive. Simply click on the folder of the company you wish to work on and click “Ok”.



3. You can then click on continue and follow all the following steps which will then connect you to the client data. This will prevent numerous companies being created and using up the company license limit.
